Oh my gosh.....went from Mike's hard lime to Smirnoff Raspberry....to coffee...then to coffee and Kahlua and its only 6pm....what the fuck! ?

Visited buddy at record shop and thats were it all started.

I'm so loving the CD I picked up..... Eleni Mandell Its got so many fun mellow sounds......The album is "Miracle of five," and it might be one of those I can't stop playing....at least for awhile. She has kind of like a Catpower voice.....yet lyrics you can instantly understand (ya know what I mean, and thats not a slam against Chan in any way). Anyways, there are some mellow classic jazz bits with instrumentals. I here also a surf Santo & Johnny 50's sound as well on some songs. I really like all of the songs, so I guess they all stand out. If you like mellow shit with a sweet intelligent voice, you need to get this album. Where the fuck have you been if you don't know this chic? Well, I didn't know who she was either up til a few weeks ago....but dude, I'm old, so I have an excuse....shit.

I'll write about the other albums I bought this time and a few weeks ago sometime later.....I'm getting trashed.
